• Architectural renovations.

Today we sneak a peek at one of the firm’s projects detailing interior design fit-outs at Setia Eco Park in Setia Alam, Selangor.

The TV room / pyjama lounge

We start at one of the upstairs spaces: the private pyjama lounge committed to providing a relaxing zone for the residents.

A tall TV unit, built in the modern style, adds a refreshing look to the space while also ensuring adequate storage compartments for a range of DVDs, books, electronics, and various knickknacks.

Kitchen cabinetry

Speaking of sufficient storage, we proceed to the heart of this home where modern wooden cabinetry (in an elegant chocolate tint) has been added in a convenient U-shape layout. An open breakfast bar neatly completes the U shape while also firmly separating the kitchen from the adjoining dining area And just look how those curvy, contemporary pendants dangle above the counter while also adding some dazzle to the culinary corner.

The dining space

Even though there's adequate room for a set of bar stools at that breakfast bar, a more formal dining zone is located mere feet away. Set up in a brooding charcoal tint, this modern dining set (which is big enough to accommodate no fewer than 8 diners) subtly connects with the kitchen's style and palette to ensure visual consistency.

A walk-in dream

As far as walk-in closets / dressing rooms go, this example knows how to achieve elegance. With more than enough space for a rich collection of clothing and accessories, these fitted closets ensure neatness is key by keeping everything securely stored behind doors and drawers.

A more colourful connection

Just because it's a children's room doesn't mean it can't flaunt a firm dose of style. Leaning more towards the contemporary design, these furnishings ensure a softer vibe thanks to those curves and soft colours.

And speaking of colours, once again we are reminded of the power of neutrals and how they can complement any additional tones. Case in point, these sleek whites that go perfectly hand in hand with the soft Chartreuse green of the closets, cupboards and nightstands.

Shall we explore these interiors a bit more to see what else the professionals at El Precio have accomplished?
