Brief: The brief for this garden was to create a formal, modern courtyard feel to the garden, with some additional built in seating, inspired by Mediterranean / Moorish influences.

Solution: – A good sized terrace area was designed, to accommodate table for 6/8, with some additional built in seating. A combination of materials for the terrace was specified – Travertine paving was combined with brick and tile detailing, laid in a diagonal pattern.

This level of detail in the garden creates a very smart and stylish feel to the garden, with character, to complement the brick and flint details to the house. The planting palette was simple yet effective. Lighting allows the garden to be used day and night.
