Had the majority of my home fitted with Shutters over the last 2 years final fitting was due to be installed at the beginning of February on arrival it was damaged had to wait a further 3 months had a date for installation and hence that was damaged too.. finally fitted this week when I asked if I was going to be compensated for waiting almost 9 months I was told it is company policy not to give compensation
Just read another review where compensation was offered, really!!!
I shall be taking this to the BBSA. I have been a good customer so please folks think twice.. would have been happy with a token gesture. I have been contacted by lex after Sandra escalated my complaint and I have kindly been offered a £100 reduction in the price and an apology, I have always been pleased with the standard and quality of their work so will change my review
