The Market Design and Build has just finished a big project for us and we couldn’t be happier. The property is an old converted barn so the challenge was huge. Obviously there were some set backs but the communication in between us (property owners) and The Market was excellent so problems were solved quickly. These guys are not here to screw you over. Before signing the contract they guaranteed us that they wouldn’t leave the project until we were 100% happy.. And they didn’t! We are sure to use The Market again if we need more work done on a property in the future.

I have worked with the market design and build on several projects in past and will highly recommend them. they are a highly professional and creative team. They have an extra edge over the architectural package with tedious and detailed drawings. As an interior designer having a great and accommodating team to help you fulfil your vision is vital and with the market design and build you undoubtedly get that finish and high quality that you desire for your clients. looking forward to more projects in 2023.

We were introduced to The Market Design & Build company through my sister who also had her architectural services carried out by James and the team. We have had the design and application approval to carry out a side extension on our own home that evolved from an initial idea to a final plan using the knowledge and valuable experience provided by the team. Further confidence was built with high quality image renders that clearly showed what we are looking to achieve. After initial planning approval was granted, we decided on a few minor design amendments, which were no problem at all for James and team to manage the revised planning application and provide the updated plans/calculations shortly after. Next phase is well underway to bring our plan to life through construction and sure James and the team will be there to fully support us to completion.
