I honestly can't fault my experience with Bathrooms By Design, it all started when I messaged online and spoke to a real person which assisted me throughout the process When I went into the Brentford showroom, I was amazed at the quality of displays which helped me no end in designing my bathroom. They created such a bespoke design using VR software which really helped me visualizer the creation. I can't recommend them enough, I want to get another bathroom so I can use them again!

Had the pleasure of using BBD for a number of bathrooms for customers and also my own personal bathroom. Great design software, greater products and great prices. Will continue to use them for my customers bathrooms.

Bathrooms By Design redesigned the layout of a shower room and an ensuite bathroom for me. They did a fantastic job - Nicky came up with a clever solution to an awkward shape that would never have occurred to me. And all the items were delivered in super-quick time.
